Museum Area Mid-Century house enjoyed a complete landscape transformation. The existing house and gardens had fallen into disrepair and were ready for an update. The interior was remodeled by the owner using clean lines with a nod towards mid-century modern. The gardens transformation included: reworking existing pool to add a spa, clean architectural plantings with potted topiary and agave, a crisp horizontal picket fence and modern furniture that provided a happy pop of color into the landscape. Stone work was designed to create texture and a mirror was commissioned by a local artist and hung at base of pool which created an interesting axial view and reflections.
